The data foundation of this module mainly comes from two sources: sales forecast data provided by the business team, and shipment plan data provided by the business team.

For purchase planning, the system combines sales forecasts with local inventory, in-transit inventory, and historical SKU sales performance to automatically estimate the required future purchase quantity. At the same time, the system reviews the reasonableness of each sales forecast based on past SKU sales trends. If the forecast may lead to overstocking, stock shortages, or unnecessary business risks, the system will remind the relevant team members to review it in time.

For shipment management, the system connects shipment plans from the business team with warehouse operations and helps build a more standardized shipment workflow.
